Ponderosa Wood Posts
All wood posts are pressure treated, after all holes are drilled, to ensure the longevity of the wood. Every wood post comes with a domed top for safety and water shed.
Drilled for Versatility
The holes drilled for tubing are cone shaped for flexibility over terrain and in and around curves. This innovative design fits the outer diameter of the tubing, in the center of the hole, while allowing the rail freedom of movement towards the outer dimensions of the drilled post.
Cable Ready
A 3/8" "Extra High Strength" galvanized cable is also available with the Ponderosa fence. It is made from seven solid galvanized strands twisted together. A nine inch tension spring joins the cable at the eye terminal and connects the cable to the post. This cable system is safe, durable, and economical.
Effortless Connection
Using the same concept as the "swedge" tubing connection, the Ponderosa post connectors allow for expansion and contraction as well as versatility. The end of the tubing is cut to exact length, the connector slides into the tubing and connects to the post with two lag bolts.

The Ponderosa Gate
Diamond P Fence is proud to offer a new line of gates specially designed for the Ponderosa line of fencing. The Ponderosa Gate attaches to the wood posts using a decorative clamp system that allows you to adjust the gate's position before drilling your holes. For four railed fences, the Ponderosa Gate aligns to each of the rails' centers, integrating perfectly into the existing flow of the fence. Each Ponderosa Gate also comes with an alignment bolt to quickly level the gate's pitch. Adjustment is a snap with the use of a standard impact wrench or socket set.
